The beautiful adjustable bracelet is decorated with Scrimshaw Lighthouse Charm. The product ID is NC 07-816-SE. The design of the Lighthouse, is that of Brant Point Light which is located in Nantucket, MA.

This bracelet is a one size for most, with an adjustable wire band. Each bracelet can be customized with different unique charms to attach. All parts are made in the USA!.

The Eco-Ivory Scrimshaw Charm is 13x18. The artwork was originally hand etched by Linda Layden.

Linda Layden has been making beautiful works of art in the scrimshaw field for over 40 years. Originally a hobby that became a full time job. Her work can be found in gift shops, galleries and museums across the world.

We make a mold of the original piece and do an open cast pour of our resin mixture. The pieces are removed from the mold and sanded and inked.

We believe that serving nature is one of the commissions that we as humans have been given here on earth. We wish to lend our resources to those charged with protecting elephants from poaching for their ivory.

On a monthly basis we donate to organizations whose purpose to protect the elephants and other species throughout the planet. We focus our donations on organizations that put the money to good use and have a low overhead. With the majority of incoming funds going back to saving the elephants!

The silver bracelets are steel with rhodium plating. They are e-coated to help prevent tarnishing.

Brant Point Light is a lighthouse located on Nantucket. The station was established in 1746, automated in 1965, and is still in operation. The current tower was added to the National Register of Historical Places on October 28, 1987; it has the distinction of being the tenth light on the point, in addition to several range lights. Four of the others burned or blew down, two were condemned, two were unsatisfactory, and the remaining one stands unused.
